A Project Manager's Reply to Quotations (PMRQ) is a communication issued by the Project Manager when replying to a Contractor's related quotations. This communication is used when replying to any of the following: the Contractor's Compensation Event Notification (CNCE), proposed instruction related quotations , or proposed changed decision related quotations.

When a PMRQ is issued, the following communications are generated automatically by AssetWise CONNECT Edition: a notification of implemented compensation event, an initiation of a revised quotation submission, or initiation of a Project Manger's own assessment.

Additional supporting objects such as communications, documents, and files may be associated with a PMRQ.

A PMRQ follows a three stage workflow: Initiate > Review > Issue.
